Terms of sale

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable charges except delivery, which is shown at checkout.

An order is confirmed once we contact you by phone or WhatsApp. For cash on delivery, please pay the courier when the parcel arrives. For bank transfer, please share the payment receipt with your order number so we can dispatch.

We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable; any payment made will be refunded in full.
