Returns & exchanges

If a book or gift arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

Items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
